...the king of late night. When I was growing up, being on Carson was a big deal. He reeked of class. Leno took The Tonight Show into suburban housewife gutter. I can't wait until Conan takes over.

The one show I would wait up for if allowed, as it was the most interesting and entertaining show out there to me, nest to Bonanza, and little "hos". Usually the babysitter was the one to let me stay up and watch "Johnny", with the promise of a mad dash to bed, should mom and dad get home early. Which was mostly, never!
Johnny forever, and yes, Conan O'Brien will take over!
