The New Brewster's Millions, 2005 • graphite and Photoshop®The title, of course, is a nod to the late Richard Pryor.
The idea, though, came from reading a lot of Bob Fingerman's work. That guy is a freakin' genius. Reading his work is like a New York travelogue, f'real. Totally gritty. I may have achieved 1/25th of said grit here. Hey, did I give this dude enough of a "holy s**t" face? I'm not sure.

You definately got the OH MY GOD! look. Love how only the money's colored. Now, where do you find one of those cans?
Nice nod.
Yeah - he sure looks surprised! I like the black & white with the green dollars...makes them really stand out! It makes me think of the scene in Run Lola Run when the bum on the subway looks in the bag Manni left behind and sees all that money. He was one happy guy! Good job:>
A good suprise!
Yes-that face definitely says holy s**t. That would be nice-especially this time of the year, non? Cheers!
