What a Shitty First Quarter

If 2011 were summed up in an annual report for my wife and myself, that would be the title of the first chapter. A number of things have happened, with the passing of my godmother and Sarah's lovely grandmother being the worst among them. I'm hoping and praying for a smoother remainder. For all of us.

Changes Need to Be Made

Needless to say, this period of joblessness has given me a lot of time to think. It can be argued that the thinking has morphed into brooding. One thing is clear, however: something must be done. Something must be done about...my portfolio site. But what? Well, updating the content, for one. Adding stuff. Should I give it a new look? Should I dump Indexhibit, the thing that I built it with?
These are the questions I'm wrestling with. In the meantime, it's time for new business cards.
